Management Key Focus for 2019 1st Half
We focus on ‘Data-Driven Management’ in order to maintain a focus on self-monitored quality and reduce the risk of propagating office politics

The following defines the key idea that management will be focusing on during the 1st Semester of 2019.

As a company we have always emphasized (1) Self-Enhancement, (2) Substance (Quality), and (3) Procedure (Adherence to Rules) regarding Human Resources Policies.
However, both (1), and (2) are subjective in nature, and thus it is difficult for management to actually implement these concepts into our company’s daily workflow.
Thus we have decided to use Data-Driven Management Practices in order to (1) Empower our team members (Self Enhancement), and (2) Achieve our long term goals regarding quality more effectively (Substance).
We have attached the following resources in order to (1) Explain the necessity of Data-Driven Management Practices, and (2) Illustrate how they should be implemented within our organization.
