Jon Kolko addresses the need for design-led changes in large organisations and the role that design thinking plays in shaping them. With the advent of the digital age, there has been a considerable rise in complexity of products, technology and services around us. Overtime, more organisations realise the need to create simple, intuitive, real-world experiences. He also lists down the basics for creating a design-centric culture.
