Interaction Seminar - What is interaction design?

User has a goal to accomplish when he/she is using a product in certain context. Interaction design optimizes the work flow of using the product in that context by navigating the user to find the direction and enables him/her to finish the task efficiently.

Interaction design makes sure that the product is at least useful, preferably desirable even delightful to engage with.
