47, 48, and 49: Feeling Thankful for More Town Halls
Tax reform. Healthcare. Veterans services. Local roads and bridges. National security. Public schools.
These are just a few of the many things I hear from Missourians about everyday on Twitter, at meetings, in e-mails and letters…and this direct feedback helps me do my job — which is to serve the people of Missouri in the Senate.
That’s why I’m committed to holding public town halls whenever possible, all across the state, so that I can hear directly from you on what you need, and what you care about.
That’s why I’m excited to announce that I’m holding three more (one on Saturday, Nov. 18, and two on Monday, Nov. 20), and I would love the chance to speak with you, if you’re available.
I’m closing in on 50 for the year and I’m awfully proud of that record. Accountability in government is crucial, and I’m determined to hold myself to that same standard.
Details are below. Please share with your friends, family, coworkers — even strangers on the street! I’m here to listen to whatever is important to you.
