New design for a new experience

Our team has been working hard to bring you a fresh, simplified layout:

  • Higher contrast, adapted to outdoor use
  • Simplified browsing with the menu permanently available
  • Full-screen, easy-to-read cards
  • Enhanced performance for loading data

Your dashboard, your data

We’ve also re-worked the measurements and organization of your dashboard. With the new version, you can now:

  • View the minimum and maximum temperatures and humidity of the day: located right next to the most recent readings.
  • Rainfall readings: over the last hour (rolling), Today (since midnight), Yesterday (midnight to midnight) and over the last seven days (since midnight).
  • Sort your Sencrops: just click on “…” at the bottom right hand side of your Sencrop Dashboard.
  • Map with your readings: click on Map, and select the measurement you are interested in. All your measurements are present here, including the minimum/maximum temperature and humidity, and the wind.

History and analysis: data from your fields

We’ve made a lot of changes to this part of the app. We’ve divided the graphs into two sections.

  1. History

Access your Sencrop’s history through the Dashboard by clicking “See History” under the station of your choice. You’ll be able to:

  • See the history of your Sencrop station: choose the measurements over the timeframe that interest you (daily, hourly, etc.). Your data will de displayed in graphs and charts.
  • Link two nearby Sencrop stations: Compare rainfall from your Raincrop to wind measurements from your Windcrop anemometer just next to it, for example.
  • Export your data: Easily export your Sencrop data by choosing the measurements you’d like, the time period, timescale, and the file format (CSV, excel). You’ll receive your file within minutes, directly in your inbox.

2. Analysis

Do you have multiple Sencrop stations and would you like to compare rainfall across your fleet? Simply click “Analysis” on your dashboard. Then select the stations you’d like to analyze and the metrics that interest you.

Your weather: alerts, precipitation, and live happenings

From the “Weather” tab, you can access the seven-day forecast, but also a number of maps:

  • Precipitation radar: Currently available to users in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. The radar lets you see the precipitation intensity and type (rain, snow, hail). You can even zoom in on your fields.
  • Live weather: Consult your live weather measurements (rainfall in the hour, temperature, humidity, wind) around you and in a radius up to 50 km (31 miles). You can use this feature to see upcoming rainfall (during the harvest season) or to know if conditions are right for spraying a distant field (even if you don’t have a Sencrop station of your own). These are virtual measurements built on data collected from the Sencrop weather network and based on algorithms written by our team.

The Sencrop Marketplace: the largest choice of farming and disease models

You can already connect a nice selection of DSTs to our stations. New programs are being added this season:

  • Corhize: Irrigation control software with capacitive probes, connects to your rain gauge.
  • Rimpro: This is the leading DST in arboriculture (for scab), also works in viticulture. It connects to our new leaf wetness sensor, the Leafcrop.
  • CTIFL: many models are available for market garden crops (onions, leeks, parsley, etc.).
  • Dacom: little known in France, it is one of the main actors in Belgium and the Netherlands for field management and disease detection.
  • Avizio: optimization of the fungicide strategy for wheat.
  • Fruition (coming soon): Vineyard management.
