Sengi version 0.4

Release Notes

This release is focused on enhancing the status redaction, media upload and media edition, with various other minors fixes.

UI/UX

• Added “reply” label on statuses to show there is a discussion
• Added custom error message when CORS are wrongly set
• Removed some graphical placeholders

Status display

• Double returns in text are now properly displayed

Status redaction

• Added animation when sending status
• Added char limit display in status redaction
• Added Media upload (image, gif, video)
• Added Media preview
• Added Media description edition
• Retrieve char limit from instance
• Retrieve default post privacy from instance
• Automatically creates thread/multi-responses when exceeding char limits

Bugs solved

• some links wasn’t parsed correctly and thus not displaying properly
• middle click wasn’t opening targeted link
• show always unique aliases in responses

Other

• Migration to Angular 7
• Migration to Electron 4
