TIP 1: CONNECT WITH A SENSAY
Want to connect with a human for advice or even just to chat? Tap or type ‘New’ to get Sensay Bot’s attention. Create your new chat topic by typing your thought or request using complete sentences and as much detail as you like. The more specific you are the better Sensay Bot will be at finding you the perfect human to chat with. Tap the ‘Browse Topics’ button to check out popular topics in case you need some inspiration. Hit ‘Send’ and let Sensay Bot do the rest.
Have a great chat and remember it might take a moment to connect you to a human, but hang tight: Sensay Bot’s got yo’ back.
TIP 2: EXPLORE SENSAY CHATS
We want you to unleash your inner Sensay and share your experiences with other humans. To find and an open chat chosen for you, tap ‘Explore’ from the menu buttons. When you find a topic you like ‘Reply’ and Sensay Bot will then connect you with a human who needs your knowledge.
You can be a Sensay about anything because your experiences are so valuable. In fact, you can even earn Sensay Coins for your valuable smarts. Cool eh? With so many chats to explore remember to only take chats that really interest you — otherwise ain’t no Sensay got time for that!
TIP 3: HAVE AWESOME CHATS
Remember you are connecting with a real-life human who trusts you and can benefit from your awesomeness. When you chat be cool, friendly, and authentic in order to be the best Sensay you can be. (Also, let’s keep it clean mmmkay?) These awesome chats have awesome ends and someday you might even become a Sensay Legend**.
** There are secret levels to Sensay membership. You can level-up by having as many positive chats as possible.
TIP 4: DON’T BE A GHOST
When you are done with your chat, which was incredible by the way, simply type ‘Close’ to end. We all know “ghosting” is super rude (don’t be that human) so we hope you’ll say ‘goodbye’ and ‘thank you’ to your Sensay before exiting your chat. A simple “K thnx byeeee” always does the trick!
TIP 5: RATE AND REWARD YOUR SENSAY
At the end of every chat you can give a rating to reward an incredible human. Choosing a rating of one (1) means the chat did not go well at all and a rating of five (5) means the chat was the greatest thing since pizza. Remember you are rating your human chat connection so please rate responsibly.
We also want to keep our community safe so if you feel your Sensay violated our community values you can flag the chat. Sensay has a zero-tolerance policy for bad behavior and will permanently ban community members with too many flags. Please flag responsibly.
Great humans are valuable and we’ve created a way for you to share your thanks by giving an awesome human Sensay coins! (Cue SFX: CHAA-CHING). You decide how many coins to give your Sensay, and you can earn these coins by being a great Sensay yourself! Make it rain, Sensay!
TIP 6: KNOW YOUR TRIBES
Sensay is a community that thrives on knowledge. You can join tribes around the things you love to connect with humans just like you. Do you love to talk about food? Music? Anime? The secrets of the universe? You can join these tribes on Sensay.
Tap or type ‘Know’ and Sensay will remember all the topics that interest you. You will then be added the tribes that relate to your interests. The more you update what you ‘know’ the better Sensay Bot will be at adding you to tribes and matching you with the perfect human.
TIP 7: SENSAY M&M’s
Did you forget how to start a chat? Want to know how many coins you have? Remember these two “M” commands when you use Sensay to get the info you need. Type ‘Menu’ and Sensay Bot will reply with a list of all the helpful commands you need to know in order to use Sensay. Type ‘Me’ to see your Sensay level, tribes and coins.
