Introducing Peek by Sensay 🙈
Over the last three years, Sensay’s network of nearly 3 million humans has grown and developed into a useful, anonymous conversational network of human knowledge.
Ping Sensay with what you need, and get matched with a useful human to chat.
This year, a pattern emerged — conversations on Sensay began to grow increasingly complex and interesting — from relationships & breakups, anime, movies, music and travel all the way to making money, learning how to sing, getting healthy, finding a job and even confidence, depression or bullying support.
With such a large spectrum of complex one-to-one conversations on Sensay, we began to wonder how we might democratize the wealth of knowledge contained to anyone who might wish to consume it, at their own pace, outside of that famous one-to-one context.
This is an ambitious attempt to take our mission to the next level; impressions and feedback are key to making sure what we build stays useful and truly becomes indispensable.
Our goal is to continue designing Sensay so it can exist through culture, not just over or under it.
Introducing Peek by Sensay 🙉
Today we’re excited to unveil Peek, a new product by Sensay that lets anyone tap into Sensay’s network of knowledge.
Peek opens up all of Sensay’s previous conversations for you to scroll through anytime, from any chat platform Sensay lives on.
As you peek into previous chats, you’ll find that some are absurd, some are eye-opening, some are useful and some even give a glimpse into how Sensays are getting advice on singing, negotiating promotions, solving health issues, hiring developers — the gamut is excitedly wide and this seems only to be the beginning of a truly great movement.
Our goal for Peek is to continue to enable humans to benefit from availing their knowledge openly.
Peek will hopefully motivate new Sensays to join the movement and participate in what we believe is the future of knowledge sharing, one where you are rewarded for actively and passively sharing your knowledge.
How do you use Peek? 👀
Peek is available from a variety of places, in fact you might even come across it while surfing the Web.
Peek is a contained conversational experience captured from Sensay, which lets you play the role of the protagonist as you scroll through a past chat between two Sensays.
There are a few ways to come across Peek, from within Sensay, across the Web and in the wild!
1) Get invited to Peek a conversation by a friend
Hundreds of thousands of conversations are happening every day on Sensay, and Peek represents a new layer of activity upon all of that.
In a conversation with an entrepreneurial friend who laments the difficulty of raising capital, peeking into a detailed conversation on startup fundraising advice and how to get investors. 💸
2) Peek into live conversations while browsing Sensay
While Exploring open network requests on Sensay, you may come across circumstances in which all available requests have been answered.
Peek is the perfect opportunity to keep learning new things, like requesting the help of a Sensay to create a Shakespearean sonnet and killing it. 👨🎨
3) Come across Peek conversations In the wild
Since Peeks can be shared with the world, unique conversations live all across the web and they’re available to Peek into at any moment.
