Abdominal bloating is a common problem affecting millions of people and causing physical, mental, and emotional stress. As I experienced this problem in the past, I summarized a holistic approach with viable tips to eliminate them using healthy lifestyle habits.

What is bloating?

Bloating is a widespread health condition. It is mainly caused by digestive issues affecting patients’ physical and mental health.
