Three Foods That Made Me Healthier Rated Unhealthiest by Tufts, Which Is Fine By Me
However, my biggest concern is that the unhealthiest foods for metabolically challenged people are rated as the healthiest. I see this as a disaster and a fire to fuel the diabetes, fatty liver, and obesity epidemics.
Over the last 30 years, I stopped following dietary guidelines of any country, as they were all problematic to me. The closest to my eating habits was in Sweden, which is the opposite of the Standard American Diet (SAD).
I developed my own eating regimen by following nutritional biochemistry principles and guidance from distinguished dieticians or nutritionists who understand the value of a fat-adapted and insulin-sensitive body.
Yesterday, when browsing my X feed, I came across a tweet by Dr Robert Lufkin, a renowned medical doctor, medical school educator, and the author of the NYT Bestselling book Lies I Taught in Medical School: How Conventional Medicine Is Making You Sicker and What You Can Do to Save Your Own Life. I will share a review of this book soon, as I have read it multiple times.
