Why Do We Need Choline?

First of all, choline is not just another nutrient. It is essential, especially for the nervous system and metabolic pathways. Our cells need choline to preserve structural integrity. We also need choline for modulating gene expression and signaling in cell membranes and neurotransmitter synthesis.

I only write about important molecules, nutrients, and physical and mental health supplements.
