That’s Why Sweating Is So Good When You Do “Ploc Ploc”

I know, it sounds disgusting, but it’s super powerful!

Look, I know that no one really likes to sweat (except when it’s time for “adventure”), but what if I told you that when we sweat while making love, it’s super beneficial for our body, would you believe me? Well, it’s true, and the benefits that it brings to our body and to the relationship are compelling.

Okay, I know that “sweat” can make people grimace. But remember: that sweat dripping at the height of the “ploc ploc” is not just a side effect of intimate activity. On the contrary, there is much more behind it — And the main one must certainly be the fact that while we are sweating, we can perform better in bed.

OK, I know this sounds gross — But it’s true, and it’s not just me saying this, there are actual studies that prove this makes sense.

Check it out…

Researchers at Rutgers University have discovered that sweat released during sex increases the production of endorphins — the same “happy hormone” that we release during a spinning class (only much more enjoyable, let’s be honest). And this effect boosts pleasure, releasing dopamine and many other powerful hormones that give you an extra boost when it’s time to have “fun,” lol.
