Singapore, September 2nd 2021 — We are very happy to announce that starting from August 31st, 2021, Uppsala Security’s award winning product suite of advanced Cryptocurrency Risk Management Solutions will also support the use of Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The support for the Binance Smart Chain will be added to existing capabilities supporting the use of Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and ERC-20, Litecoin (LTC), TRON (TRX), EOS (EOS), Stellar (XLM), Ripple (XRP), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Binance Coin (BNB), and Cardano (ADA).

Binance Smart Chain is a blockchain platform with a full-fledged environment for developing high-performance decentralized applications. Due to its adaptability and wide adoption across the blockchain space, and its cross-chain compatibility with Binance Chain, we think the integration of BSC with our platform will be of significant value-add to a greater number of users and projects contributing to the decentralized ecosystem.

Uppsala Security’s product suite of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter- Terrorist Financing (CTF), Regulatory Compliance, and Investigatory Solutions encompasses leading-edge algorithms and innovative product architectures for transaction tracking and risk management for cryptocurrencies, both of which are of crucial importance for the emerging decentralized space. The integration with the Binance Smart Chain means that an even greater amount of cryptocurrency assets can be protected from hackers, scammers and fraud as well as tracked and investigated in the event of any unfortunate malicious attack.

Products such as the UPPward Browser Extension, (Chrome, Brave, Firefox and Edge), a free of charge one-stop protection solution providing alerts against crypto scams and fraud, Crypto Analysis Transaction Visualization (CATV) tool — a forensics tool that creates an easy to use graphic visualization of both incoming and outgoing transaction flows of a user specified wallet, Crypto Analysis Risk Assessment (CARA) — an intuitive machine-learning solution that classifies the risk level of specified crypto addresses based on learned behaviors of both known malicious wallets and normal wallets, and the Interactive Cooperation Framework API (ICF-API) — which enables integrated software applications to dynamically query a crowdsourced Threat Intelligence Database with more than 61 Million threat indicators, complement each other and enable organizations to protect their digital assets from Money Laundering, Fraud and Terrorist Financing while, at the same time, helping with Regulatory Compliance.

In addition, one of the latest products from Uppsala Security that will also support the Binance Smart Chain is the Threat Reputation Database On-premise Management System (TOMS). For today’s leading hyper connected organizations, TOMS is a unique solution created to satisfy an increased demand by Regulators and Developers for “on-premise solutions” that meet the strictest regulatory compliance requirements in the digital assets space. TOMS is platform agnostic and can be deployed on any organization’s computer network and integrated with its applications and services via a RESTful API.

With every addition of a new token or network that is supported by our product suite, we not only tap into a new layer of users and applications, but by doing so we actively contribute to the real-world adoption of decentralized technologies. In order for the emerging decentralized applications, networks and currencies to be taken seriously by governments and global institutions, these have to be backed by working cybersecurity and compliance solutions. Our team has created a simple product suite that meets all of these requirements, and we are very happy to be able to announce today the addition of Binance Smart Chain to the list of networks our products support. And, I am looking forward to introducing you to more new product capabilities in the near future.” said Nobel Tan — Chief Technology Officer at Uppsala Security.
