Utility Drop Leaderboard

The Sentinel ‘Utility Drop’ Leaderboard is available at leaderboard.sentinel.co

The Leaderboard organizes the rankings of Utility Drop participants primarily in terms of their total referrals as that is the required objective looking to be accomplished by the Sentinel Network.

There will be exclusive rewards for the top participants in the category of Total Referrals and Top Bandwidth consumers. This is yet to be announced (TBA).

First Sentinel Utility Airdrop

Sentinel set new standards by conducting the first ever ‘utility’ drop earlier in the end of April 2018 when Sentinel incentivized over 1000 users who tested the first desktop dVPN client release that is currently operational on the Rinkeby TestNet and provided feedback.

This ‘utility drop’ was a very valuable event in terms of the ability for the team to stress test the current MasterNode and clearly assess the issues pertaining to scalability of services on the Ethereum chain.

The ‘utility drop’ also increased the exposure and awareness of Sentinel’s dVPN client which is the first functional blockchain based cross-platform (available on Windows, Mac, Linux and Android) dVPN client.

Sentinel’s First Utility Drop Statistics

Within a matter of 4 days, there were over 2000 user sessions with a total bandwidth consumption of over 350 GB in the first ever Sentinel Utility Drop.

The utility drop also clearly showed how p2p bandwidth distribution economics may actually work once Sentinel enters the MainNet after the current ERC20 chain is replaced by the consensus and governance developed on TenderMint.
