Important Announcement: InfoCorp Foundation Appoints Roy Lai as New Chairman
Dear Sentinel Chain Community,
We would like to announce the appointment of Roy Lai as new chairman of InfoCorp Foundation effective 15 August 2018. The boards of Infocorp Foundation and Infocorp Agtech will relinquish their current roles to focus on further development of the blockchain ecosystem.
Roy remains CEO of InfoCorp Technologies as he concurrently serves as chairman of InfoCorp Foundation.
InfoCorp Foundation board has been led by esteemed veteran industry leaders comprising of Mr Chia Hock Lai (President of Singapore Fintech Association), Mr Anson Zeall (Chairman of ACCESS) and Ms Zann Kwan (Board member of ACCESS).
In brief, InfoCorp Foundation was established to govern and supervise the issuance of the Sentinel Tokens and to promote the growth, safety and harmony of its ecosystem. InfoCorp AgTech is responsible for the successful development and operation of the Sentinel Chain and a wholly owned subsidiary of InfoCorp Foundation. In order to meet up to the challenges of our post-ICO phase, the existing board of the foundation and InfoCorp Agtech board has decided to appoint the current CEO of InfoCorp Technologies, Roy Lai, to be chairman of the Foundation.
The Sentinel Chain team would like to thank the exiting board for their valuable insights and leadership. The exiting board would also like to thank Roy Lai, the CEO of InfoCorp Technologies, for his groundbreaking vision and wonderful time working together on the development of the Sentinel Chain.

At every step, we have surmounted hurdles along the way and I thank our community for not once giving up on us. Now, I ask for our community to give us the courage and support to continue with our journey ahead”.
