Singapore — 28 May 2018: InfoCorp Technologies appoints Sue Meng Chan as Director, Strategic Communications to oversee the company’s communications and public affairs that encompasses Sentinel Chain project.

Sue Meng brings along more than 20 years of experience in building brands and reputations across industries. Her aptitude and experience rests in development of programmes and communications strategies, and implementing them to deliver positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders.

She envisions a safe and peaceful world, and to that end, she channels effort towards co-creating with like-minded people, an inclusive-oriented society, one characterised by value for all stakeholders, because “ultimately, it does not matter what we look like, where we come from, or what we do for a living; beneath superficialities, we are all the same, and should be treated equally if we are to create a free world”, she says. Sue Meng has an MA in Asia Pacific Studies, and is a published heritage author, and a GRI Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist.

“Sue Meng will be an asset to Sentinel Chain. Not only is she bringing aboard with her years of marketing and communications experience, her focus on social impact aligns perfectly with our vision for bringing financial inclusion to the world through disruptive technologies.”
Roy Lai, CEO and Founder of InfoCorp Technologies

InfoCorp Technologies is a Singapore-registered fintech company that provides the infrastructure to accelerate financial inclusion to unbanked and underserved communities through the use of blockchain technology.

Sentinel Chain is a blockchain-based international marketplace for cross-border financial services and the world’s first platform to accept the use of livestock as collateral. Taking a unique approach to the last mile problem of financial inclusion, the Sentinel Chain model establishes livestock provenance through the creation of livestock insurance on blockchain — the registration of livestock provenance on blockchain provides the unbanked with a new opportunity: the real possibility of accepting livestock as ‘collateral’ for loans. Sentinel Chain is a project by InfoCorp Technologies
