“I am very glad to be part of Sentinel Chain family, and to be with like-minded people who share the belief and passion to do good for the underserved and under-banked. There are many challenges facing the nascent token economy and the application of new technology such as blockchain, and the one close to my heart is the design of the governance structure of foundations and its related entities, and how the community can play a role in the governance and management of token economy, e.g. decentralized/distributed governance or autonomous governance with the use of smart contracts may be explored where appropriate. An appropriate governance structure in a new blockchain / token environment is critical in driving and ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of token economy, such as this meaningful project — Sentinel Chain.” Dr. Pei Sai Fan.
“The crypto industry is undergoing constant changes as foundation governance models are constantly evolving. It is important to bring the best practises from traditional governance to create a healthy convergence of governance model that is relevant for the crypto industry. Prof. Pei brings with him a wealth of governance experience from his days with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We are fortunate to have his involvement and look forward to his guidance to assist InfoCorp Foundation in establishing the right governance model.” Roy Lai, CEO and Founder of InfoCorp Technologies and Chairman of InfoCorp Foundation.
