KYC Guide

For Google Chrome users,

  1. Clear your cache history in Chrome, keyboard shortcut: Control(Command) + Shift + Del, or go to Setting -> More tools -> Clear browsing data

2. Alternatively, you can use Chrome Incognito mode. To launch a new incognito window, keyboard shortcut: Control(Command) + Shift + N, or go to Setting ->New Incognito Window. For security reasons, it is recommended to use incognito mode.

3. Fill in your personal details.

a. If your ID doesn’t have an expiration date, enter the issue date. If your ID does not have either the issue date or the expiration date, please enter the KYC form submission date.

b. For the selfie photo, please hold the ID without covering your face.

4. Upload your photo ID in portrait. The file size should be less than 8MB.

5. Upload your selfie photo in portrait. Make sure your face is clearly displayed. The file size should be less than 8MB.

6. Check your email inbox to receive the status of your submission.

a. If successful, you’ll get an email with the message “You have successfully completed the KYC verification.”

b. If unsuccessful, you’ll get an email with the message “automated KYC verification has failed.” Please re-submit your KYC application if you think this is a mistake. If you continue to get the same failure message, your submission will go through a manual verification process.

c. The manual verification process can take up to 1–3 days. Once complete, you will receive an email with the final status.

Troubleshooting

  1. If you see this loading button before uploading your file,

→ Access the Incognito mode (CTRL/Command+Shift+N)

→ Should Incognito mode not work, try again on other browsers (e.g Mozilla Firefox, Opera, etc).

2. Repeated failure of KYC attempts.

→ Check if the data matches the photo of the ID card.

→ Take the photos again, in portrait mode.

→ Input only english characters

→ Make sure the photo is clear, without any part of your ID or face being covered.

3. I am whitelisted but my ETH Wallet Address cannot be verified.

→ ETH Wallet Address is case sensitive. Please distinguish between uppercase (capital) and lowercase (small) letters.

4. My ID does not have any issuance/expiry date.

If there isn’t an expiration date: Enter the issue date.

If there isn’t an expiration date or issue date: Enter the form submission date as the issuance date.

5. The KYC submission page is not loading

→ Refresh the KYC submission page again (CTRL + R)

6. My nationality is not listed in the choices!

→ Please note that Citizens of The United States Of America and The People’s Republic of China are not allowed to take part in this token sale.

→ Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan nationals can find their nationalities at the top of the the selection field.

7. I’ve tried all the methods and got rejected so many times! What should I do?

→ Please make sure the details and pictures from you are accurate and clear. Failed submissions will be manually reviewed by the team. Manual verification could take up to 1–3 days before you receive an email with the final status.
