SEO Genius Month #3 Update
We’ve been doing SEO for more than 12 weeks.
How did we do?
Very good. So far the group has barely missed any days.
Did we master SEO?
No, but we made significant progress.
Here’s what we’ve achieved by month 3:
ROCKY
What Did You Do?
- Untapped Keyword Research
- Hired 10 Keyword Researchers
- Created Surfer SEO + Grammarly SOPs
What Did You Learn?
Deadline + Expert + Time = Fastest Results
Why Is It Important?
Without a deadline, you’ll take more time than you need.
Without an expert, you won’t be able to cut through the BS and work on the right things.
Without time, you won’t get results.
But when combined, you get Hollywood-like transformations in shortest time possible.
How Will You Apply It?
- Find a content manager to hire to scale content team
Plan for Next Month?
Find a content manager. Someone that can write at my level with experience of hiring a team of writers.

CONCLUSION
Month 3 isn't our money-making month.
Instead, it’s the month where we’re setting up our websites and systems for scaling.
We should begin to see the fruit of our labor in month 4.
I think if I had to redo this challenge, I’d do the following:
- Set a clear deadline
- Have clearly defined goals each week (Ex: This week I’ll hire 10 people)
- Meet each week to see if we met our goals
