Day 25 — How writing daily has changed my life — in a lovely painful way.

We all do have the advantage of having days where we just “check out”

days where we don’t do a thing

Lazy days. Days of 100% lack of productivity….

But since I’m writing daily to report of my activities in this 90 day Challenge, I’m not realizing that every day is game time.

This has change my approach about life, about how I live my life and what it takes to achieve something.

Writing every day is a royal pain in the butt…. but it works.

I write faster… I’m more creative and funny wise when I sit down to write I’m more focus, more dedicated and I get more stuff done.

Not only writing is helping me to clean my thoughts but it’s also helping me build an audience and document what I’m doing … and I think the idea of constant documenting brings a huge accountability that it’s very difficult to break.

That’s why I’m not a true supporter — fan — convert — to the idea of daily blogging.

Listen, I’m not going to lie. I know some days I have written pretty epic stuff and some other days I have written pretty “crappy” stuff… but at the end it’s the consistency of doing it daily that makes a difference.

The same applies to selling, to pitching, to producing, to improving, the training, to loving… it’s a daily routine and the daily routine is what makes me stronger. It’s what makes my skin bulletproof vs others people comments or opinions.
