56 Days. 355 Hours of full work. 6 Staff . 1 idea. 90 day Challenge.

Let’s do an income report shall we?

Welcome back to the daily post / where my job it’s to showcase the success, failure, pain, and hard work of building a Marketing Agency in 90 days .

Here is the latest update for Goanna Social , progress and growth.
It has been a hell of a ride and the second month it’s almost over. (1 more months to go!)

So how are things going in this path to build an agency?

Let’s have a look.

INCOME Invoiced

To International Clients (Not Australian — but still nice “Mates”)

USD $29,100 = Equivalent to $36,400 AUD (give or take)

To Local Clients

$34,000

Total: $70,400 AUD invoiced work for a total of $56,200 USD in revenue after 56 days.

So that means that we have achieved $1000 per day.
What a nice number.
I guess I’m a guru now right? → wink wink wink joke

Although not all of the revenue it’s profit (obviously) I think at this stage I see the potential for Goanna Social to become a successful agency in the next 12 months.

Not everything has gone smooth and in many cases the stress have taken the worst on me.

I could have handle many situations better and slow down just a bit.

But overall the accountability it’s making me DO things that I would be doing in other way.

At this stage I will stop reporting “amount of emails sent” or FB interaction because from today I will outsource all the sales strategy and focus on building a better “engine” for Goanna Social.

I believe reporting the daily work it’s important, but reporting how many “times” I checked my inbox.. or how many people I spoke to… makes very little difference or provides no value.

Trusting the process

Saying Bye-Bye to Milk

Constant improving of systems

Getting great deals from AppSumo

Using TeamWork (project management tool) as much as possible

Stop caring about what people “actually think”

Cold emailing / cold approach

Having a dedicated work space / office (I love my office)

Upgrading to a brand new Mac Book Pro 2017 → amazing experience.

Stop trying to do “new” things…
