The right tools for Semantic SEO is strategy and tactics.
This is the last part of my analysis on Semantic SEO.
In this paper, divided into 5 parts, I have tried to present and examine the problem of the Current Web stating that this problem it two-fold. broken in two. I have taken a step back and told the history of the Web and its transformation into Semantic Web. I have also talked about the transformation of the current Web In a network where the information presented will be more accessible, both for humans and for machines. Ihave also showed how we can do a “semantic research” during the process of Search Engine Optimization. in the work of SEO Optimization.
This new web, which connects content, is based on the context of the user and the recognition of the entities, related to the searches made. The understanding of the Natural Language then becomes fundamental to generate better results for those who seek, impacting on the results of SEO.
“Natural Language Processing (PLN) is a subarea of computer science, artificial intelligence and linguistics that studies the problems of automatic generation and understanding of natural human languages.”- Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Processamento_de_linguagem_natural
How to seize the opportunites the Semantic Web has for your SEO?
Optimizing a website nowadays is so much more than just choosing the right keywords, creating pages with valid code, fast website and getting good links. While many of the things we’ve always done are still valid, currently creating a vocabulary of entities and the correct choice of domain related to your client’s market have become increasingly important.
A New SEO Model: Proposal for an Optimisation Project Done Differently
I have worked with some clients implementing a new SEO model. With this model, which I argue is more than mere choosing keywords, we define a Domain.
In lexicography (the work of writing dictionaries, vocabularies, and the like), a semantic domain (or semantic field) is defined as “ an area of meaning and the words used to speak about a given subject”. For example, in our language we have the domain ‘Rain’, which includes words like storm, drizzle, rainfall, raindrops.” Semantic domains are the fundamental concept for the early stages of dictionary construction projects.
When we define a domain, for example: a website that sells Software for Lawyers will have the Domain “Technology” or “Legal Technology”.. Upon defining this domain, which needs to be done together with the client, we start with the creation of entities. Simply put, entities are “ objects “ about which we speak. In semantics, they can be grouped by People, Places or Things.
To do that you need to ask the following questions: What are the important terms for your client’s business? Which ones are used by the competitors?
Remember, keyword research in this new semantic world is quite different from the old keyword research and needs a new strategy and new tools.
The New SEO and the New Semantic Tools
The Case for WordLift
WordLift is a WordPress plugin that combines a very practical and simple semantics and Artificial Intelligence (AI). It will help the SEO expert in creating an Ontology, which aims to increase the organic traffic of a website, improving the audience’s engagement.Ontology is fundamental for a creation and definition of the Domain. It is about the denomination and formal definition of the types, properties and interrelations of entities. It is
WordLift helps bloggers, editorial teams and content producers in general to take advantage of Semantic SEO without having to have all the technical knowledge needed to do it all on their own.This way, anyone who wants to create quality content can concentrate on writing excellent articles, without worrying too much about how search engines work.
But how does WordLift work?
Remember what I said about the current Internet having a serious problem? That it is split in two: a Web for humans and another part for the machines?
This is where WordLift comes in. To bridge that gap.
Using AI, it translates the Web content into the Machine Language. This language in turn helps algorithms, chatbots, and digital assistants (such as Google Assistant, Siri, and Alexa) find quickly and easily what they need and serve it to the users.

The SEO Benefits for Your Website
By adding a layer of metadata to your content, WordLift opens up a wide range of new opportunities:
- Content producers can enrich their sites with semantic content recommendations;
- Editors can use free, semantically relevant images;
- SEO analysts can create automatic interconnection between terms, articles and etc;
- Designers and programmers can create views of free data and images.
All of this has a very clear purpose: to make the user experience become richer and more engaging. A happier user gets more time on the page, visits more pages and comes back more often.
In addition, with the help of it we can create the vocabulary (set of entities) necessary to generate content for the required Domain.
But is it possible to create a vocabulary manually?
Yes, it is possible, but the return of investment is not worth the time spent. What is more, if you charge a customer, you will spend all your time on this job, without being able to do anything else.
WordLift also measures the performance of your content on Google, analyzing search ranking and other factors that influence organic traffic. This data is presented to publishers to help them improve their editorial plan and increase their reach.
Through my studies in semantics, SEO, semantic writing, semantic markup, I have taken courses, met people ( David Amerland , Zara Altair and Teodora Petkova ), read books (Google Semantic Search ) and met WordLift . Even before this current version, I had already been enchanted with their promise and proposal.
Through a teacher, the excellent Teodora Petkova, I met Gennaro Cuofano and Maria Silvia Sanna, who gave me this interview, via email.
