These Lucky Employees Won an Internal Raffle for SEPHORiA Tickets!

Earlier this month, 5,000 devoted beauty lovers visited their dream home — the SEPHORiA House of Beauty, which covered its three floors with more than 50 brand experiences, masterclasses, and swag.

The attendees of this LA house party included Sephora clients, brand founders, store cast members, and the winners of an internal employee raffle! The raffle proceeds went directly toward the Sephora Stands Together Fund, which provides employees with short-term financial help in times of need. All donations were 100% matched by Sephora through our gift-matching program.

I love to attend makeup shows, so I was excited to win tickets and attend our own conference. Having been with the company for 12 years, I have been fortunate to experience similar brand experiences. I tried to go in with the mindset of being a client who LOVES Sephora. It was an amazing event.

My biggest takeaway was seeing clients with huge smiles on people’s faces. I also loved seeing cast members from both Sephora and SiJCP working the event. What a great way to showcase our store talent!

I was super excited to see the whole execution of the event. Sephora is known for client experience, and I was really curious how all of this would come together. Sephora Collection’s #Lipstories booth was amazing — to be able to personalize a lipstick with a picture was a great offering!

The best part for me was seeing an over-the-top beauty event through the eyes of my daughter. She is a beauty junkie (to say the least) and was blown away. She pretty much levitated home.

I really looked at this experience as a development opportunity for myself; I was able to seek out activities and experiences that would grow a skill for me. Artistry has been something I’m trying to elevate, so I really prioritized how I wanted get the most out my experience at SEPHORiA, and for me that was the masterclasses.

I was able to attend both the Natasha Denona and Mario Dedivanovic masterclasses. It’s was really exciting to get some great artistry tips from them both and see them in action live!

The Fenty glitter bomb photo op, Pat McGrath Labs (that glitter lip was everything), and the Sephora Collection #Lipstory rooms were awesome. I enjoyed all of the personalization from the brands.

I think I had a unique perspective because the UDC had shipped most of the product OUT to the event. So, I watched how much behind-the-scenes work went into just delivering the product. I can only imagine how much work went into the booths, the people working the event, the masterclass instructors, etc. It was amazing to see everyone pull such a huge project together. It made me really proud to work here.

I was so eager to see the setup and vibe at the event after hearing so much about it. I felt so proud and impressed with every new experience I saw. It was overall wonderful and impressive, with so many Instagrammable moments.

All the people working the booths were so kind, friendly, and helpful. There was an overall sense of excitement and just happiness throughout the entire event and among everyone there. Also getting tons of samples was great — it was like an elevated Halloween party for adults and beauty lovers!
