If you work in tech, chances are you’ve dealt with anxiety at some point. Maybe you’ve felt anxious before a big presentation or during a stressful project. Or maybe you deal with anxiety on a daily basis. Anxiety is actually quite common in the tech industry, with 30% of tech workers suffering from anxiety.

I know firsthand how difficult it can be to deal with anxiety in the tech industry and have learned a lot of helpful strategies for dealing with anxiety over the years and I want to share them with you.
