The beginning of 2020 proved to be quite productive for Serenity team. As is already customary, we present to you the round-up of our latest updates. This time, the main focus is our exchanger SerenityPay.

Integration of SerenityPay with any website

Serenity team has automated the system that provides cryptocurrency-paid services to clients. Now all they need is to log in to SerenityPay, exchange fiat funds for the necessary amount of cryptocurrency, and transfer it to pay for the desired services. Thanks to the deep integration of Serenity.Pay and the service providers, clients don’t need to wait for the transaction to be confirmed by miners and recorded on blockchain. As soon as the provider of services receives confirmation from SerenityPay, they will know that the required sum in cryptocurrency is on the way, so they can provide the requested service.

Serenity.Pay localization

New translations have been added. All content is fully available in English and Russian, more languages to be added in the future.

Single account for both Serenity.Pay and Serenity.Exchange

Now the owners of Serenity.Exchange accounts need to login only once. If they have passed the KYC procedure on the exchange, they won’t have to do it again to use the exchanger. All user data is fully synced.

Automated notification of clients

Our team has upgraded the email notification service for our clients. We have improved the process of updating clients on the status of their identity and bank card verification requests, including the explanation in case of denial. The process of resubmission of verification documents has also been streamlined.

Enhanced UX

As we massively expand the platform’s features, other improvements have to be made for the further convenience of clients: new error messages, possibility to delete and reupload incorrect files, the home page now has a bank card menu where the exchange amount can be specified.

Moreover, users can now disassociate a verified card from their accounts with just two clicks. This can be useful to avoid mistakes when making a deposit if the card has expired or has zero balance.

We have also updated the payment status page on SerenityPay and now provide more detailed information on transactions: hash ID is now visible as proof of payment.

Expand the payment options of your clients with SerenityPay!
