During the summer after prototyping the concept of peer-to-peer coaching with students we proceeded to create a mock-up of the user interface. It was my first venture creating a digital product. The first mock up was in the Android platform working with a developer out of Philadelphia. The full set of screens is in the back of the HBS Social Enterprise Fellowship report.

Following we created a PowerPoint file mock-up that we could test with youth in the program. We received great feedback on the optimal follow and iterated on the design. Over the course of the program we conducted 100+ coaching sessions where we got feedback and integrated it into the design with 20 different students across 8 different colleges across the US.

We did not get funding to build out the mobile application, but the insight we gathered and progress we made was incredible. We made it as a semi-finalist in the Echoing Green Fellowship, a participant in the Start-Up Chile program, and plan to publish an e-book of our content for youth.
