Just another ordinary day. Roger Davies, savouring his London Fog, sat by a window table at his favourite Starbucks

“Nothing odd happens,” as he sipped his drink, thought Davies.

“London Fog,” Detective William Hastings said to Davies. “Earl Grey tea made with steamed milk?”

“Exactly,” Davies responded.

Suddenly, without warning, an armed robber stormed the property. His intent was apparent.

Observational skills, obviously, this criminal had none. Numerous red dots soon appeared all over his chest. There were even a few dots between his eyes.

Many customers, most of which were in uniform, comprise Seattle’s finest.

Just another ordinary day.

A drabble consists of exactly 100 words. The read time is short. Please remain with the article for at least 30 seconds. I would appreciate it if you would leave a comment, highlight anything of interest, and clap.
