The body we have is not just our own, but it is also the holy temple of God’s Spirit, where the Holy Spirt is dwelling. Our body is bought with a price and we are called to take good care of it. One way to take care of our body is to eat nutritious and healthy food. Don’t forget to give thanks to God for His sovereign provision and beautiful creation.

Ecclesiastes 9:10–11 “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might, for there is no work or thought or knowledge or wisdom in Sheol, to which you are going.”

Sometimes we find it difficult to calm down our mind as if we are driven by the endless racing thoughts rather than we taking control of them. Coloring, the old school technique, is actually a good tool for mindfulness and meditation practice. Let the pen guide our thoughts and our attention, keep focus on every stroke and trace left on the paper, and be ready to be amazed by our God given creativity.

We often neglect the beautify around us and let the business of life devour every inch of our soul. Take a walk today, it can be long or short, and grant ourselves a moment to be with Mother Nature.
