The grey colored text under “Contacted Medium” is the one that I did not get any replies on so I had to change the medium.
The 1st and 2nd msg column is about how many times did I had to msg them before getting a reply.
The dark green under the 1st and 2nd message refers to “I have sent a message and expecting a reply back”.
The light green text under the 1st and 2nd message refers to “They have replied me”
If the whole row is light green, then it means that I have finished meeting with them.
