FOR MICHEAL JORDAN’S BIRTHDAY

LORD OF THE RİNGS: MİCHAEL JORDAN

6 rings, 14 times all star and 15 seasons. Yes, you have guessed it. right. Although Lebron James is chasing Michael Jordan closely to pass him in the greatest of all time race, the majority of people including me still think that Michael Jordan is the greatest of the basketball. Do you know why? Keep on reading. Today is the birthday of. Micheal Jordan and I will be talking about his early life,NBA times and his retirements.

Michael Jordan was born on February 17, 1963, in Brooklyn, New York. His father taught him to work hard and not to be tempted by street life when he was a little child and this behaviour has effected Jordan’s life completely. Though he participated in the three sports, Jordan never really had any special interest in any of the sports eğen he was a high school junior. His lack of interest in the sports was because he was always considered as “short” by the coaches. He tried the basketball team as a sophomore but he couldn’t make it. He worked harder and harder to make the team and as a result of the sudden increase in height, Jordan’s view of an athletic career began changing. Next year he finally made the team. After high school he accepted a basketball scholarship to the University of North Carolina, where he played under head coach Dean.

After Chicago Bulls picked Michael Jordan he turned into a monster and made the that times loser team to the arguably best team ever in time.He played with. 28.2 points per game as a rookie and made the all star team. After that season he continued to break records. In 1993's summer when Jordan was playing one of his prime seasons. Jordan’s father was murdered by two men during a robbery attempt. That effected Jordan’s mental health badly. This sad incident led him announce his retirement from professional basketball in October. He couldn’t make without basketball and returned to bulls during 1994–1995 season. After a year without basketball he returned and continued. to break records but it wasn’t enough for him that he retired second time in 1999 and returned back in 2001 to play for his half owned team Wizards. Jordan played last two years for Wizards with 21.2 points per game and retired in 2003.

In Jordan’s basketball career, he undoubtedly missed countless shots. He has failed to accomplish certain expectations. However, he’ll be remembered for generations for those successful shots he made.

The number of times you’ve failed or will fail doesn’t count. What matters is the great achievements you make amidst these failures and how much effort you put in.

This is the life of Michael Jordan and these examples show that despite the bad conditions and sad incidents he managed to accomplish unbelievable things. Jordan is my G.O.A.T because I don’t think neither Lebron James nor the other superstars of today’s basketball and superstars before Jordan would do what Jordan have done.

Quotes:

“I have failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed.”

“I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can not accept not trying again.’’
