Every other week we get a perfect bunch of kale delivered to our doorstep. I do not enjoy kale salad, so I decided to make some crispy kale chips for a healthy Sunday evening snack.
Also, I think recipes are a cool use of Medium’s Series feature.
Rinse and clean the perfect bunch of kale
Separate the kale leaves from the stem
Add some olive oil, salt, pepper and gently massage the kale leaves until they’re soft
Pre-heat the oven to 375F
