In the hunt of Consistency and Perfection

I started missing my workout very frequently when the winter season arrives. This series, I started to track down all the efforts that I took to improve my lifestyle. It will contains a lot of thoughts of the peoples I use to read and hear.

Week 52 of 2017

26th to 31st December 2017

Making plans is a very good habit but descriptive plans that will contains ToDo items, Place where you will do it and time when you do it, will definitely help you in being consistent.

I applied the same in the last week of the year for my gym workouts and Running workouts, below are the results of the week 1 of the plan.

Before this I use to woke up around 8AM and plan was to wake up at 5AM and till 8AM, complete Gym and Running workouts and being consistent.

26th (Tuesday)

Woke up at 5:30AM

Gym : Chest & Abs muscle exercise

Running : 4km

27th (Wednesday)

Woke up at 6:00AM

Gym : Back & Sides muscle exercise

28th (Thursday)

Woke up at 6:30AM

Gym : Biceps & Abs muscle exercise

29th (Friday)

Woke up at 5:00AM

Gym : Shoulders muscle exercise and stretching

Running : 5km

30th (Saturday)

Woke up at 6:00AM

Gym : Legs and Triceps muscle exercise

31st (Sunday) (No gym)

Woke up at 6:30AM

Running : 31km LSD
