Lessons learned from crowdsourcing

One of the latest trends in the past decade who emerged on the labor market is crowdsourcing. The term stands for gathering a group of people who are willing to help find a solution for a problem or work on a project.

With the right number of people who have enough time to dedicate on this project great things can be accomplished. Companies nowadays, list the problems publicly because they want to gain help from the audience, and they are willing to pay fair price.

In our practice we have learned a several valuable lessons from using crowdsourcing we think their sharing it’s a must:

  1. Customer loyalty is one of the best ways to engage your crowd and turn it into loyal customers, by giving them a valuable reason to maintain that engagement (ex. special discounts, exclusive information, early-bird sale access)
