By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Policy. It is in the national interest to restore the sanctity of Christmas, reverse the degrading effects of political correctness and multiculturalism, while at the same time to promote growth of the personal protection and holiday kitsch sectors of the economy, and show due regard for the role of the States under the Constitution.
