Navy SEALs Workout: 26-Week Challenge

I decided to start the year off with a SMART fitness goal and began my workout to endure a 26-week challenge that will help me get in shape as a Navy Seal.

Day 1:

3.21 mile — 40:41 min

Lat Pull Down — 3 x 10, 75 lbs.

Shoulder Press — 2 x 10, 75 lbs; 1 x 10, 50 lbs

Biceps Curl 3 x 10, 15 lbs

Day 2:

Rowing: 15 min, 2536 m

Sit-ups: 3 x 20

Lunges: 3 x 10

Pushups: 1 x 20, 1 x 12

Leg Curls: 3 x 10, 37.5 lbs

Leg Press: 3 x 10, 120 lbs
