Everything has an Opportunity Cost. For example, If I spend $700 on brand new patio furniture, that is $700 I do not have to invest or save.

Money= Time

The best thing in the world to buy is time. What is more valuable to you, buying a new smartphone every year or retiring years earlier than you planned and spending that time with the people you love?
