User Experience in the Sustainable Design Process
User experience refers to a customer’s total experience when it comes to interacting with a product. This includes everything from the way users feel — tot the product aesthetics to the acquisition and purchase as well as to the usage and most importantly having this product as part of users’ living environment.
Good design results in an overall positive user experience, while poor design universally results in a negative experiences. A positive user experience should be the ultimate goal of any product design.
