Should I be eating cheese?

Cheddar, Provolone, Colby Jack, Swiss, Mozzarella, Brie, Asiago.

I love cheese. I could eat it for every meal.

There have been many debates about cheese eating. Is it good or bad?

My nutrition professor told us frequently we should try to eat as little dairy as possible. Cheese in particular because of its high fat content.

A recent review of multiple studies published in the European Journal of Nutrition found a link between cheese consumption and reduced risk of heart disease and stroke.

The study followed multiple people and recorded their cheese consumption. Researchers found that people who ate small amounts of cheese on a daily basis had a decreased risk of 14% when it came to cardiovascular disease and 10% with strokes.
