“So you felt disappointed because something went wrong? That is not depression. You were just sad. Everybody feels sad and that’s okay. Just don’t be sad that you’re feeling sad.”

“Your main problem is that you understand yourself a little too well. You don’t try too hard to justify everything you do, you’re a little too eager to blame yourself. Use this to your advantage, rather than letting it cripple you.”
