Ever since entering college in 2013, I’ve known that I love building software. It‘s taken me five years to learn why.
Working with amazing people to see meaningful projects evolve from ideas to usable products is why I chose a career in software. But I’ve realized that I like working with the people and software-creation processes more than the code itself. Thinking about ways to facilitate the creation of software by talented groups of people has ignited a passion within me, and this space is to share some of my thoughts.

My name is Grant Gadomski. I hold a bachelors of software engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and am currently honing my technical chops as a developer for Vanguard.
