Introduction

This post describes how you can simulate a game in a workshop setting to imagine a terrible remote meeting experience. It should be fun! Afterwards, once a team has experienced the worst possible remote meeting experience, we will brainstorm ideas for improvement.

Scrum Teams are cross-functional: they benefit from a combination of skills to get work done, including facilitation skills to help things keep moving in the right direction. Scrum Masters often play this facilitator role.
