Reforming the Scrum Police

I have been told that I would enforce too much of a theoretical approach to Scrum in the past. Those are nice pieces of actionable feedback. What’s wrong with that, I hear you think.

Consultants are expected to know how to make an Agile implementation successful. Usually, that means a hefty accompanying hour rate. The organizations that I’ve worked for, look at consultants as being authorities in their field. If they had a question about agility, they’d come to me.
