Scrum Master not equivalent to a Middle Man
What is your style to working with a team as a Scrum Master.
My preferred style is to let team be and let them fail. They should have the urge to fix those problems and that is when I step in. Not trying to give them answers, rather just going along a quest with the team. Trying to figure out what works best for the team and trying to uncover the best suited flavour of Scrum.
Every team is different and the composition changes with changing dynamics of the team. Which is why it is important for a group of people to work together…
