Systems Thinking episode #3: Mental Models

In a series of episodes, I am focusing on System Thinking. In my previous episodes of this series, I elaborated on what systems Thinking is, on the Wicked Problems Systems Thinking is trying to solve and the behavior of Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS). In this episode, I will try to show how understanding mental models can significantly improve the abilities of leaders like Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Managers. This is because Mental Models are at the core of knowledge and learning.
