Joe Macleod shares more about one of the eight types of endings in consumer services
Joe Macleod is one of the nicest guys I have ever met in the design world. He has had an incredible career, through his time at Nokia, and then ustwo, before pursuing his fascination with ‘Ends’. After doing hundreds of talks and workshops on the subject; and writing a great book; he has been refining his thoughts for his latest book ‘Endineering’.
It’s a great body of work, and if you ever get a chance to see or hear him in person, take it, as you’ll find it valuable and probably humorous.
Today, Joe shares with us a video and a blog post on the subject of ‘The Lingering End’ — one of the 8 types of ending experienced by the consumer.
