Service Proposition

5/7 Update

We updated our service proposition to reflect the changes we made during the last six weeks.

Our service provides educational materials and face-to-face support to lower income minority grandparents and caregivers in order to help children better understand and manage their asthma.

Initial Post

After reviewing and discussing our initial secondary research, we developed the following service proposition:

Our service is a system that provides actionable and personalized data insights/educational materials and social support to alternative caregivers (grandparents).

With this service proposition in mind, we are exploring how we can combine data, educational materials, school-based sessions, and social support for alternative caregivers into a service that helps children self-manage their asthma.

Some additional questions we are exploring include:

  • Are we able to provide comprehensive data insights triggered by environmental factors?
  • Can we personalize these data insights?
  • How can we get the kids themselves or their caregivers to input data?
