As Sprout edges closer to launching out of private beta, Sesameseed has been busy completing many planned feature updates including dashboard updates and continued integration into the Harmony blockchain.

Dashboard

A new dashboard was launched late last week, which organizes coins and tokens by blockchain. The goal of this update is to help users keep their assets organized. Sprout now supports three blockchains with seven different coins and tokens, which is manageable. But, as Sesameseed continues to evaluate and expand into more blockchains, this update will ensure that a high-quality user experience is retained when users navigate their assets within Sprout.

The update also enables support of blockchains with shards. The Harmony blockchain, for example, currently uses four shards and stores balances on each shard (see image below). Grouping coins and tokens by blockchains allows Sprout to display assets within these shards.

User Testing

The private beta group has continued to assess the app with no major bugs reported over the past few weeks. This exhaustive examination has enabled the transition to the next phase of testing. Per the beta roadmap, this next step will introduce more users to the testing group.

What’s next?

Sesameseed is now working on final integration of Harmony’s mainnet and supporting all available functionalities such as, sending and receiving across shards. Once that is completed, Sprout will be launched into public beta and introduce new users to the premiere multichain staking wallet.
