A stray cat & a homeless man

There is a cat named bob who is very famous cat recently. Why did bob became popular?

A thirty-five year old homeless and street singer named James Bowen is owner of the cat named bob. His dream was to be a rock singer, so he came to London to follow his dream. However, he was addicted to drugs, and lost his house. Fortunately, he could live in a council flat through helping a volunteer organization. And, he met the cat named bob during that period.

Bob, a stray cat, sat down in front of James’ flat. It starved, and had lots of injuries When James found it the first time. He took care of it. He cared for its injuries, and gave it food. It became healthy but he didn’t have money so he couldn’t care for it anymore. He deposited it with some of foods at the park that is fairly far from his house.

Surprisingly bob was waiting in front of his house when he came back! So he made a decision to take care of it. After that, he always brought him while he played his song on the street. And, some lucky things happened to him! He earned much more money when he was with him than before. It became familiar with other people, so they stopped by James and liked to listen to his songs because of bob. The cat brought him luck.

There were problems, also. Firstly, they sometimes felt it difficult to play songs on the street because of some people who didn’t like them. Also He started to take drugs again. But fortunately, he quit drugs soon and now doesn’t take drugs anymore.

He became famous as a street singer with a cat in London. He published the book, ‘A Street Cat Named Bob: And How He Saved My Life’, and their book became a best-seller. He was invited to famous TV shows also. He has donated all of the royalties of the book for stray cats and dogs. He said that it was lucky to meet bob.
