As a part of the changes that are going on with Volt, I thought I’d take some time to talk about some changes that are coming to the blog that will affect the audience going forward.
Starting later this month I will be transitioning to self-hosted content management, meaning that once this transition has begun, content will no longer be posted here on Medium.
The reason for this change, like all changes that have been made in the past is to provide a seamless experience across the site, which right now is staggered.
Since the creation of this blog here on Medium, it has provided users with an experience for both web and mobile, and now that Sevan is optimized for both, there is no need to continue providing an experience on here.
Medium is a great platform for publishers, that is a fact, but has outlived its purpose in the Sevan workflow.
I really appreciate the community that Medium has helped provide, and look forward to new endeavors.
