I meet my first author, a very tall, very large man, the author of Sunny State Sheilas. Maybe he’s my intellectual equal, or God forbid, superior. He talks and talks and talks and I listen. We drink coffee and he buys me a savoury muffin.




I began internet dating twenty years ago. Within 6 months, I found my knight-in-shining-armour. After a few years, the shine wore off. I was available again. I met the love-of-my-life days later. I’ve been single and having fun for the past 3 years. Here are a few of those dates.
